Seventeen years of
Long Island moves.
I’ve been helping people buy, sell and rent homes on Long Island for 17 years, with 66 homes sold from Great Neck to Sound Beach. I studied business at Villanova University and earned an MBA in Finance from Dowling College. That training shows up in how I work: recommendations come with the numbers behind them.
I’m also a real estate investor. I own and manage rental properties myself, so I know what it takes to buy carefully, renovate on budget and keep a property rented. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or adding a two-family to your portfolio, I’ll look at the deal the way I would for myself.
Many clients come back. One Commack family bought their first home with me in 2013 and called me again to sell it in 2026. That’s the kind of relationship I work for.
